The Program Associate is a full-time field role at the heart of the programme's delivery. Associates are embedded in a network of secondary schools across Selangor, visiting assigned schools on weekdays to lead structured intellectual sessions, guide students through a writing development process, and build the consistent, trust-based relationships that make sustained learning possible. It's designed for early-career graduates who are intellectually curious, disciplined, and motivated to contribute to youth development — and who want to grow as practitioners and writers over the programme year.
Valid Malaysian driving licence (P or full) and own or access to a vehicle required — you'll travel to assigned schools across Selangor.
Full-time for the duration of the programme: 15 June 2026 – 28 February 2027.
This is not a coffee-fetching internship. From day one you're in the field — working directly with secondary students across Selangor, leading intellectual discussions, and helping young people develop as readers, thinkers, and writers. Interns are embedded in a network of schools, visiting assigned schools on weekdays to lead structured sessions and guide students through a writing development process. It's built for final-year students and fresh graduates who want their first real engagement to mean something — and who want to grow as practitioners and writers.
Valid Malaysian driving licence (P or full) and own or access to a vehicle required — you'll travel to assigned schools across Selangor.
Full-time internship: 15 June 2026 – 28 February 2027. We're open to a minimum commitment of 3 months for the right candidate.
